Account support
For a forgotten password or a ban review, email admin@madkidgames.com from the address used to register the account. Never send your current password.
Bug reports
Include what you clicked, what you expected, what happened, the device and browser, and a screenshot when possible. Do not publish private room links or account details.
Fair-play reports
Include the room code and approximate match time. Reports are reviewed with server-side evidence before an administrative action is taken.
