Privacy Policy
What the Chess Titans realtime service stores and why.
Profile data
Guest profiles use a random player ID. Registered profiles store a username, email address, secured password verifier, ranking, progress, friends, clan membership, and recent game records so the same account can be used on another device.
Chat retention
Global chat exposes at most 100 recent messages. Messages older than two hours are removed. The same restricted-language filter is applied before chat is stored or broadcast.
Security data
The service may retain limited request fingerprints, login-rate records, moderation actions, and gameplay security events to prevent abuse, cheating, account attacks, and service disruption.
Public information
Only registered ranking profiles appear on the public leaderboard. Guest identities and registered email addresses are not published there.
Contact
For an account or privacy request, email admin@madkidgames.com with enough information to identify the registered account.
